No returns without RMA (Return merchandise authorization. Goods that are damaged will be replaced. If the product(s) you receive are not what is advertised we will cheerfully refund the purchase price but not the freight. Any claims for damages must be made via email, or in writing postmarked within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returns will ONLY either be exchanged for like products, OR exchanged for a gift certificate. No Cash Refunds. Unless the product(s) you receive are not what is advertised.

If you wait more than FIVE DAYS after receiving the goods, to request a return, regardless of the quantity ordered and/or shipped your request will not be honored. You own the goods. Prompt inspection of shipments is your responsibility.

No returns accepted and/or credited without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Goods that are damaged will be replaced.

If you are returning a regular stocking item and it is a in the original un-opened condition or usable condition. we will refund the purchase price but not the freight. Any claims for damages must be made via email, or in writing postmarked within FIVE days of receipt of goods.

If you want to return a shipment of products that has been custom manufactured for you. We can not accept the retun.

Steps to refund / return / credit::

    and tell the problem. Make sure you give us the order number and date of order.

  2. We will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  3. Pay the return postage of the merchandise back to us.

  4. When it is received we will inspect it, and then at our discretion either (i) issue a refund; (ii) or credit; or (iii) replace the product (if the product is damaged).

  5. There is no credit given on freight.

  6. Unauthorized returns will not be credited under any circumstances.

  7. There is a 15% restocking fee on any return.

If you want to return a retail item You must take these steps as well

  1. Make sure you pack the item in it's ORIGINAL packing. Pay the return freight of the merchandise back to us.
  2. When it is received we will inspect it, and then at our discretion either (i) issue a refund; (ii) or store credit; or (iii)replace the product.
  3. In the event of a credit, only the cost of the product will be credited. Any freight, or other charges will not be credited.
  4. Unauthorized returns will not be credited under any circumstances.

Note that there is a 15% restocking charge on any goods returned.
